Is there a learning curve, or can I start using it right away?
You can start entering information about your business right away! - With help form our video guides.
Each tool has a Home & Help tab for Do's, Don'ts and additional help.
We aim to give you confidence that you've got this area of your business covered.
Can other people use my tool? - How do I add accounts?
Yes - You can either share your gmail account with them OR add another account.
What if I want to restrict access for editing or viewing?
If adding another account you can also choose the account access level. For any tabs (sheets) you have access to, set permissions to; edit or view only.
Can I send you information to help me fill out?
Yes you can send us your information / data and we'll help you input and structure.
Book a slot with one of our technical team. They have experience of how to apply the tools to many industries and applications.

I’m not very tech-savvy—how hard is it to use?
It's incredibly easy to use, see our videos and testimonials for how people are using it. If you know your products and processes you will find it a doddle.
Do I need Excel or Google Sheets? Will it work on both?
At the moment this is just for google sheets users.
